The abandoned Château Verdure! Finally, I got around to seeing this place!
Von Dutchess is another large residential dwelling in Belgium which remains empty in a deteriorating condition. Beautiful from the outside the inside has been subject to vandalism and theft of parts of the structure and little contents remain.
Villa PDO is a stunning abandoned villa which sits just of a major road and is clearly in a position which it could be sold and restored. I’m not sure what the current position of the place is but there must be some reason why there isnt a ‘for sale’ sign outside!
Villa Crypta is another stunning and empty property in Italy which has a mixture of amazing ceilings which were in extremely good condition and other areas which were clearly falling into disrepair. What sets this Villa apart from the rest is that it has its own small chapel and private family crypt!
Villa Q is another large derelict Villa in Italy. This one has a fair bit of history to it and currently has local residents petitioning to try and save the building…
Hospital SC, another abandoned hospital In Italy, this time, a little more modern than the Manicomio’s but still quite dated based upon the equipment left behind. I really enjoyed this place, despite being a bit trashed clearly by local vandals and although it had a fair bit of graffiti there were still some nice photos to be had…
Powerplant V is an abandoned Hydro-electric power plant in Italy which appears to be attached to a factory of some description. Whilst the majority of the site has been abandoned for quite some time, there are some buildings which appear to be still in use possibly still generating power from the nearby water source…
Villa Sbertolli is an abandoned Asylum complex in Italy and comprises of several buildings arranged along a winding road. The whole place has been derelict for quite some time and some of the buildings are completely bricked up. We were however lucky enough to find a way into this amazing Villa building which I understand was once a private residence but later incorporated within the new use of the site as it became an Asylum catering for the insane…
The Blue Chapel Monastery in Italy sits abandoned and features a bright blue chapel with a very large cross hanging from the ceiling. The chapel itself is the main point of interest in the place as the rest of the building was pretty well stripped back to its concrete and brick construction…
Villa 1967 has gone down hill quite a lot since some of the previous photos I’d seen and so I couldn’t help but feel a little disappointed with what was left. That aside the place was actually quite nice both from the outside and in some of its internal features.
