Villa Q is another large derelict Villa in Italy. This one has a fair bit of history to it and currently has local residents petitioning to try and save the building. I won’t go into too but detail in this report about the history, maybe I’ll add it at a later date watch this space…
Another glorious day in Italy, we arrived at this large villa which was noticeable from quite a distance as it sits upon a hill and has a couple of garden status which are pretty recognisable but difficult to shoot from within the grounds 😉 There were signs that someone had been attempting some restoration works but these seem to have halted quite some time ago. Favourite features have to be the circular room, the staircase with its numerous columns and the various detailed ceilings, another very photogenic place. Visited with Matt, Spider Monkey and Andy De Kay of Behind Closed Doors.
