Villa Crypta is another stunning and empty property in Italy which has a mixture of amazing ceilings which were in extremely good condition and other areas which were clearly falling into disrepair. What sets this Villa apart from the rest is that it has its own small chapel and private family crypt! Whilst clearly a private residence, having explored the building there did appear to be some evidence that the property had functioned as a vineyard for a period of time. An extension to one side had plenty of large storage barrels and tools and the grounds to the rear were vast and had clearly been cultivated in the not to distant past.
