This old abandoned Knitting Factory or sewing factory whichever way you want to look at it, is one of those buildings that looks pretty bland an unassuming from the outside but has a wealth of photo opportunities inside. After having a quick look around the factory floor I made my way up to the office area for a look around and was quite surprised when I stumbled upon a full living accommodation complete with multiple bedrooms and a living room / kitchen area all full of contents from the previous occupiers. The place itself sits in a pretty isolated location and has suffered very little theft or vandalism with the only real damage being natural decay from the unmaintained leaky roofs.
All in all very happy with this place which exceeded my low expectations… visited with Matt, Spider Monkey and Mr De Kay of Behind Closed Doors. Enjoy the photos:
