South Point Leeds

I’m not going to sugar coat this one… probably one of the most boring explored I’ve done even to this date. Closed early 2008 and was stripped by the owners then to a greater extent pikies before being left in the condition I found it in early October.  Its too small to get any really good rooftop shots off despite there being access. I’ve attempted one or 2 last year which I’ll post below. I got the distinct impression that some homeless people were living in there when we visited by the smell and looks of mattresses etc. Update: Currently the building lies empty, all the windows and contents are now completely gone and there’s some graffiti been added to the walls since this visit.

On with the photos… please don’t have high expectations :p

Love your photos. Your photos of the Newlands estate inspired a few of us to make the trip there yesterday for our first taste of Urbex photography. Keep up the posts!

Wow that’s technically where I started too 🙂 its a bit of a ruin compared to some of the places I’ve been since but still a really interesting place to visit! I hope you enjoyed your trip 🙂
