History
A sizeable abandoned house built, in an unusual area this Villa was owned by a wealthy business man who had a passion for travelling. Rumour has it the owner was killed when attacked by a group of Koala Bears after they escaped from a zoo enclosure. The house was full of contents giving clues to the previous residents life, the businesses they owned and managed and the places they had visited. Decorated to a high standard the entrance hall was one of the main dominating features and where most of the investment had been spent, sadly spoiled by a lift which appeared to be a later addition.
Our Visit
Visited with Kriegaffe9 and Andy K as part of the “missing man tour” we rocked up to this place with slightly incorrect location information and spent the first half hour exploring the grounds of a live mansion before soon realising we were at the wrong place haha! After crossing the road and wondering through a deprived industrial area we found our location… My favourite bits were the entrance hall, the contents of the main office including the really dated laptop and of course the Commodore 64 in the loft! Oh not to mention the Wheelchair outside! Really enjoyed this place!
