History I don’t really know a lot of information about this place code named Schola CLXXV. It was a monastery with an attached school and this lovely chapel. Externally, from the main chapel doors, the place looks quite unassuming, however when viewed from the back it soon became obvious how large the place actually was.…
I must apologise again for the lack of detail and history on the last report and this one! I hadn’t planned on these visit and so have done very little research into the places! This was a lovely little church which had been very heavily fire damaged but still had some great features to photograph.…
Externally the building looks more like a town hall or courtroom building rather than a church and the bell towers appears to have been a later addition perhaps the building may have had a previous function in its history. Unsure how long this one had been abandoned but its certainly becoming worse for wear!
