My second visit to this place, this time in the company of Pete Costello<\/a>, Lowri<\/a>, Sonyes and Darbian<\/a> (Mule Slept in on this\u00a0occasion\u00a0 Lazy bugger!). For history and more photos from the initial visit in October<\/a> visit the\u00a0original\u00a0visit report<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Briefly George Barnsley’s began manufacturing files before becoming\u00a0one of the worlds leading manufacturers of tools for the shoe making and leather trades. Closing in 2003 the place is like a walk through time in both its construction and architecture to the items left behind. A very photogenic explore it will always be a favourite of mine.<\/p>\n

This visit was completed in the snow which made for a few more interesting externals and we were blessed with some nice light :). I tried to focus more on things I\u00a0didn’t\u00a0take photos of the first time round and I also mange to capture some GoPro footage \u00a0(find the video below or on youtube here<\/a>. Favourite bits have to be the entry \/ exit as usual and the walkway as well at the\u00a0attic\u00a0rooms that I think I missed on the first visit. One thing I did notice was that the office enquiries ring window and the room has new graffiti \ud83d\ude41 sad times. Hope you enjoy the photos comments always appreciated.<\/p>\n
