If you would like to use any of my images for use as part of a commercial project, for example; advertising, book covers, album art, or to promote and event either in print or digital format including website usage, whether any money is to be gained from the project or not I would please request that you contact me<\/a> to discuss the usage in order for me to consider allowing the use. Where any money is to be gained from the project whether directly or indirectly as advertising or use on websites which contain advertisements including but not limited to Google Adsense then licencing fees will apply. I price my images fairly and competitively in respect of comparative stock websites and offer flexible licencing terms.<\/p>\n

Who owns the copyright on photographs?<\/strong><\/span>
