Villa P is a pretty sizable abandoned villa which sits on the edge of a large body of water making it a prime location. Externally the building looks more like a town hall or courtroom building rather than a church and the bell towers appears to have been a later addition perhaps the building may have had a previous function in its history. Unsure how long this one had been abandoned but its certainly becoming worse for wear!
I suppose this will have been my first well preserved house explore. I really enjoyed it! loads of stuff to see and very photogenic. If memory serves correct we found reasonable evidence to suggest that the house has been left from the early 70’s relatively untouched. There does appear to be some flat packed furniture…
Mirfield Mill aka Holdsworth’s Card Clothing Mill. I don’t really know any history to this place, couldn’t find much on the web. I do believe it has since been demolished, I haven’t seen it for myself but google searches point to that conclusion…
