Very little information about this place. After more than a couple of fails and bails Bram thankfully saved our asses and pulled through with this location. A building within a large complex of other buildings some of which were live forming a big psychiatric hospital. Pensionnat Catholique is an abandoned Boarding School somewhere in France. The place is huge! Complete with a large chapel which shockingly was not located on the ground floor… There was also a large sports hall and lots of sprawling corridors of classrooms and labs. Visited this time with Kriegaffe9 and Andy K as part of the ‘missing man’ tour we spent a few hours here before sunset capturing the really nice light which was streaming through the windows in the late afternoon!
My first derelict Primary School, interesting. A little on the trashed side but still a lot to see. Highlight had to be the gym and a couple of the classrooms were still recognisable. Not sure if kids or thieves trashed the place but shame to see it all a mess. Accompanied by the full S.O’C.C.…

The Royal Hospital Haslar was founded in 1753 and was designed and built by Theodore Jacobsen between 1946-1961. When it was constructed it was both the largest hospital and brick built building in England. Britain’s first Naval Hospital which span a huge area on the coastline of Gosport is also the site of a massive unmarked grave site with an estimated 7,785 buried sailors…
